Celebrating the Sublette County Hospital District Groundbreaking

Committed in 2018, the Sublette County Hospital District celebrated a new milestone on August 25th, 2022, with a special groundbreaking ceremony in Pinedale, Wyoming. Hundreds of attendees gathered to mark the occasion as hospital staff and board members, the Stroudwater Capital Partners team, representatives from state and federal agencies, political leaders, and other key project partners picked up gold shovels to officially commence the building phase. 

With a completion date of December 2024, the project will create a Critical Access Hospital to serve the community and consolidate the existing clinics and nursing homes into one healthcare system. In total, the project will add 50 nursing home beds and eight acute care inpatient beds. It will additionally create a bolstered primary care and specialty care provider clinic, a 24/7 expanded emergency department, a pharmacy, and a state-of-the-art imaging lab. Most importantly, the project will bring quality healthcare closer to home for Sublette County and the many residents who regularly travel long distances to receive critical care and 24/7 emergency services. Learn more about the project’s vision, its financing, and our team’s role in realizing the century-long dream of bringing the full continuum of care to Pinedale here.
