NRHA Taps Brian Haapala as Instructor for Rural Hospital CFO Program

Developed by and for rural hospital leaders, the National Rural Health Association (NRHA) Rural Hospital CFO Certification Program is a one-of-a-kind curriculum-based program within the rural healthcare space. The expert-led courses are designed to empower current and aspiring rural CFOs to strengthen their knowledge base and leadership skills and, in turn, their communities by guiding hospitals to long-term success. 

At Stroudwater Capital Partners, we have a shared calling with our colleagues at the NRHA and are thrilled to announce that our CEO, Brian Haapala, has been named as an instructor for the upcoming March 2023 cohort. Having served as a trusted advisor to health executives for over two decades, Brian has accrued invaluable experience in helping CFOs effectively lead rural hospitals and is passionate about sharing his insights with leaders across the country. As a part of the program, Brian will leverage his rural hospital financial knowledge to lead instruction on the key financial building blocks of Capital Asset Planning and Cost Containment.
